Edit: Works around the problem with the Single Player Commands, but may cause problems with other mods.

Industrial Craft Work Around
For Industrial craft.
Take the fd.class
and the gs.class only if you are using the experimental nano suit
(If you are using it, rename it to gs.class)
and put them, or just fd.class into minecraft.jar.

Installing is similar to a regular mod.
Unzip files and put them into minecraft.jar.


About Mod:
The Portals were modified so that an obsidian portal only goes to the Nether,
a Stone portal only goes to the surface,
and a Wool(any color) portal goes to the Sky Realm.
All portals are activated with fire.

The portal blocks ids:
Nether Portal: 125
Surface Portal: 126
Sky Portal: 127

The original portal is still present, but it is impossible to get naturally.
It should work as a normal portal.

Edit:
There is a slight bug with the sky realm portal generation.
Some portals are build floating in midair.
But they are still useful.

Edit v0.2:
Added a config file which lets you modify the block ids and texture ids,
May have bugs, but should be able to fix them quickly.

Changed the textures to be dynamic.
Added Industrial craft work around (Might work).
